What format are the photos in?

All photos are shot in High Quality JPEG format between 10-18MP.

How big of a print can I make with the downloaded image(s)?

You can make up to poster size prints. depending if you do any editing on the image(s). File sizes of the image(s) range from 4-7 MB which can produce nice sized prints.

Are the pictures edited?

The only adjustment that are made to the photos are the tone of the picture. Other than that, it isn’t cropped or edited in any other way. I’ll leave that for your decision on how you would like your photo(s) to be. However, if you would like, we can edit your image(s) in any way that you prefer. Just contact us on what you would like done.

Are the watermarks left on the image?

Once the image(s) is purchased, the watermark is removed and you recieve the full quality/resolution of the image(s) that you ordered.

Is the Payment Process secure?

All transactions are done through PayPal, one of the most secure sites online. All of your personal/credit information is kept with them and not with 808Xposure. Also, check/money order is accepted. Once payment has been processed and accepted, you will recieve your purchase

How fast will I receive my photos?

Once payment has been processed and accepted, you will recieve an email containing a link to the image(s) you purchased to download. If you sent a check/money order, it’ll take 2 -5 days from once the payment is received and cleared to recieve your order.

Do you offer refunds?

Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion, we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the 808Xposure image(s) that I downloaded?

Yes. While 808Xposure offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format. ie. Magazines, Newspapers, Video, etc. All images purchased are for personal use only. You can make as much prints or post it on, for example, Myspace, Facebook, etc. as much as you like. If you would like to use a image(s) for commercial use, please contact 808Xposure for details on how to purchase a commercial license use.
